PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Assists in developing and maintaining the strategy of large-scale community-based on-line programs. Provides management with community feedback and develops methods for assessing feedback from community members. Plans and coordinates upcoming events. Trouble shoots technical problems and may serve as technical support for community events.

 

LEVELING REQUIREMENTS

Entry Level: Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems. Some knowledge of procedures, utilities and program scripts is preferred.

Intermediate Level: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems, knowledge of procedures, utilities and program scripts, and good written and verbal communication skills.

Senior Level: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems, a working knowledge of procedures, utilities and program scripts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Staff Level: Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in programming computer applications; a thorough knowledge of software, documentation, utilities and program scripts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
